Ca Phe Saigon Antipolo stands out as a genuine slice of Vietnam nestled in the heart of Rizal along Sumulong Highway. This Vietnamese restaurant serves more than just food; it delivers an experience that transports diners to the bustling streets of Saigon with every bite and sip.

The menu is thoughtfully curated, balancing authentic Vietnamese staples with subtle adaptations that appeal to the Filipino palate. Among the highlights, the Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup captures the soul of traditional pho—rich, aromatic, and deeply comforting—perfect for sharing on a rainy day or when craving warmth. Complementing this is their Bac Xiu CA Phe Latte and Vietnamese Egg Coffee, each brewed with care to provide that robust, silky coffee experience unique to Vietnam, ideal for both coffee enthusiasts and casual drinkers seeking something different.

Beyond these, the fresh and fried spring rolls (Gỏi Cuốn and Fried Rolls) showcase crisp, delicate layers filled with flavorful meats and herbs—these are perfect as appetizers or light meals, reflecting the region’s emphasis on balance and freshness. For heartier appetites, rice meals featuring marinated porkchops and boneless bangus combine rustic taste with wholesome accompaniments, highlighting comfort food done right. Dessert lovers will appreciate the Mango Sticky Rice and the Pandan-flavored layer rice cakes, which echo Southeast Asia’s penchant for combining tropical flavors with subtle sweetness.

Ca Phe Saigon has easily became one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants ever since I've tried their branch in Podium. Their food are always good and won't disappoint even those people who've gone to Vietnam - theirs may have a little modification that suits Filipino palate more but still good as authentic. Also, the price of each dish is very reasonable.

Had lunch here on a weekday, just a few tables inside but easy to get a table. They also have an outdoor/garage area. Servers were really nice and quick to attend to all our needs. Food was good, tasted very authentic. I recommend the pho, good for sharing. I also recommend the ribs.

The place reminded me of good old days spent backpacking in Vietnam. But few diners even on a weekend.. Place: Cozy. Along hi-way, you can watch traffic haha. Ample parking space Menu: good selection; the egg coffee is missing though Food: Not really a fan of any pho, but the fried rolls are so legit! Will try bahn mi next time Price: Affordable! Platter/4 pax is P1200 (no drinks), a satisfying plate of fried rolls is P170 Payment: GCash/cash/bank transfer only Now I know of a place to order spring and fried rolls! Hot pho will definitely be a craving once the rainy days set in. :)
